"I came to Strive to treat an impinged shoulder. I had seen a doctor for 5 months who never even touched my shoulder. He said to rest it and gave me different prescriptions that did nothing. I asked him about physical therapy and he said it was up to me. A friend recommended Carrie. Carrie made in depth assessment of my needs. She met one on one and gave me at home exercises. She continued to monitor month to month individually and in group sessions. The progress is evident. She monitors me every time I’m in a group setting and gives me monthly manuals to assess progress. She’s very thorough. Currently, I have improved drastically and Carrie still is carefully following my progress at workout classes and individually. I’m thrilled to have come to Strive. Carrie does great work. She’s a professional who knows her job thoroughly and takes time to know each individual."
